It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Marie started her day with her recall skill. We put her on the long line and went outside to the carpark to work on this skill. We put in some repetition, with Marie coming back the majority of the time when asked. Marie had a couple of moments where she wanted to investigate some smells rather than return to her trainer. As we got to the end of the lesson, Marie was coming back consistently. Focus: Distance B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Marie continued learning the weave skill today, practicing this in the classroom. We practiced getting Marie to do the skill by just using the hand signal as we as adding in the “weave” verbal. Marie happily went through her trainer’s legs consistently with each point from her trainer. We then started chaining weaves together, getting her to go through multiple times before giving her a reward. Marie lost her engagement periodically, but did very well when she was focused. Focus: Foundation B+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: We finished practicing Marie’s heel in the carpark. We spent the lesson going around the carpark, with Marie walking by her trainer’s side. Marie’s engagement was on and off this lesson, with Marie sticking by her trainer’s side while focused; although hitting the end of the lead a few times and she lost her attention. Focus: Obedience B
