|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Manny’s first session was drops in the kitchen. He did a great job until another staff member walked into the kitchen and the. He jumped up and didn’t want to drop again. Once he settled again he was doing well with trainer movement in the kitchen and another staff member. Manny then was distracted by dogs being walked passed. Once they passed through then Manny settled again. The goal will be have Manny hold his drop with those higher distractions.||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: Next up for Manny was paws up. This is a great confidence skill, and also helps with regaining focus. Manny did well putting his two front paws up on the step but when it came to the smaller step ups he didn’t do it, although he did come close. Next time it will be good to get him to be putting those paws up on the smaller items.||Focus: Repetition||D+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Last up for Manny was loose lead walking. Although generally Manny is good with this, as his confidence builds so does the pulling on the lead. Whenever Manny pulled the trainer changed direction. This helped keep Manny focused.||Focus: Distraction||B|
We recommend your next step should be…

B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
