Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Conditioning Comment: Lenny’s day was all about building his confidence. He was great coming out of the office but then he put the brakes on and wasn’t moving far from there. The trainer sat with Lenny for a bit until Lenny felt comfortable to move on. Lenny then pulled to the top car park and had a sniff in the grass. He did start to take treats which was awesome. Focus: Confidence X
Skill learnt: Obstacle Course (Confidence Building) Comment: Next up the trainer encouraged Lenny to head to the confidence course. Lenny was quite hesitant at first to go around the course but towards the end of the session he did go around by himself. Lenny didn’t really engage with the trainer however and wasn’t taking treats. Regardless of this, the fact Lenny went around the course is a massive win and helps set up his training. Focus: Confidence X
Skill learnt: Conditioning Comment: Next up the trainer tried to get Lenny to the classroom but he was very reluctant. The trainer didn’t push it and continued on with a walk around other parts of the property. This continues to build a relationship with the trainer and help build Lenny’s confidence. This will be a slow process with Lenny. But it was a great start and we look forward to seeing Lenny’s confidence grow each session. Focus: Confidence X
