Leena was so happy to be back at Day School! She is showing great progress in her skills!
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|We focused on
|Skill learnt: Place Training
|Comment: First session Leena worked on her place skill. Even with her being so excited and full of beans this session she eagerly went to place each time we asked. She is progressing well, holding her duration around higher energy movements from her trainer and being able to be sent to place from higher energy place. She can still be a bit cheeky and step off the bed before her release word but is easily redirected back to the bed by saying uh uh. Great work Leena!
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down
|Comment: Leenas second session we worked on her drop skill. Focusing on her duration around distractions. Leena did well this session responding from just the verbal cue and holding position while her trainer moved around her. She broke position a few times but is doing well with her drops. Keep working on this at home gradually increasing the distraction levels.
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)
|Comment: For her final session Leena worked on her loose lead. We worked outside today and focused on her engagement and manners. Leena walked well during this session and checking in with her trainer. She did her a bit distracted by other staff members moving by and wanting to say hello, when she began to pull towards them we asked her to sit and then moved off in the other direction. Good job Leena!
We recommend your next step should be…
A: Outstanding (90 – 100%) I understand my training, Neat & Complete! Ready to move on to higher difficulty & distraction
B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
