Lady was a bit unfocused to start off with today but got better as the day went on and finished really strongly with her middles skill.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: For her first session we worked on Lady's loose lead skill outside. She was quite a bit all over the place to start off with but settled well after a while. Her focus wasn't the best so work on her engagement in outside environments at home.||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: For her second session we worked on sending Lady to place from a distance. At the beginning she wasn't listening very well and would wander a bit. As the session progressed she started to engage a bit more so we focused on only rewarding her with treats if she went straight to place herself (still marking if she took a while but no treat). Use this method at home to help her learn what she needs to be doing to earn the treat rewards.||Focus: Distance||B|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: For her last session we worked on middles as something fun for Lady. She was a lot more energetic and focused once she knew what skill we were working on which is good. She did really well going to middles from place with just a verbal cue. We also worked on different angles and having her walk with the trainer forwards and backwards while in middles, both of which she did great with! This is definitely a skill she loves so work on it at home to improve engagement.||Focus: Repetition||B+|
