2021-10-20

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: In Krishnas first session we trained place outside, we did this skill where a few other dogs were in the outside kennels, and he didn’t even take notice of the other dogs. We also did this skill with his muzzle on to help him get used to it. I think how you mentioned having them on place while having people over that might be to high of a distraction for him now, maybe having one person over and see how that goes then build it up like we’re building his distractions up here. Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: In his second session we trained recalls inside, we did this inside because he is to distracted outside for this to work, all I would do is throw some food behind him so he would chase after it then once he has it, I’d call his name, once he was nearly at my feet I would then say ‘come’ and walk backwards so he has to come towards me, then reward with a treat. He did do pretty well with this skill, he would still get distracted sometimes but I think he would be amazing when there is food around anyway. Focus: Repetition B+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In Krishna last session we trained Loose lead walking outside, Krishna did really well with this skill and I can say he has improved with this so much. In his next level I’d like to do this skill around another trainer and dog to see how he would go. Focus: Distraction A+

We recommend your next step should be…
