Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For Kong's first session we worked on his engagement with loose lead in a distracting environment. This was performed outside with 3 other dog distractions nearby (one of them being Mojo in training). Although he is good on lead, he lacks focus and engagement with the trainer and struggled to follow with any turns she performed. To aid him with this, the trainer increased his marker when he was engaging with her and lured during turns. He did really well considering the distractions and they ended the session with a dunk in the fountain. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Kong can be a little distracted to follow through with his drops. This skill is an important safety skill that should be used regularly when he's playing with Mojo Focus: Repetition A+

We recommend your next step should be…
