|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Kong’s first session focused on loose lead in and out of the kennels as well as around the carpark with 2 other trainers with dogs present. He did struggle with the doorways but after a few repetitions he settled and started to engage with the trainer. Once outside Kong was very distracted but was not pulling as bad as previous sessions with dogs present. Keep working on Kong’s engagement with loose lead at home.||Focus: Manners||C-|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: To help Kong settle and relax around people and dogs we performed place outside with 4 other dogs in training. He understands this skill very well so he performed beautifully. The trainers all focused on sending to and from place with each other as distractions. Well done Kong! The trainer was very proud.||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: for his final session we worked on Kong's drop skill outside with other dog and people distractions. Kong did well but did struggle a lot with duration and would get distracted by other trainers walking past. Next time we'd like to see some more durarion for him when outside - practice his drops at home in a low distrcation/familiar environment and work on having him hold it for longer before being released.||Focus: Foundation||C-|
