Well done today for Kodan. He’s progressing well.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Kodan’s first session was loose lead. The trainer started straight from the kennel and although he did take a couple of minutes to settle down and stop pulling, he did really well. The trainer took him on the grassed area, Kodan was keen for the smells but with the trainer changing direction frequently and using the yes reward maker, Kodan did really well. We will continue to work like this and work towards walking through the kennel with no pulling.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: Place was the second session for Kodan. The classroom was having a deep clean today so the trainer made use of the distractions to work on place with Kodan. He did struggle and was breaking quite a bit, Another dog training also distracted him. Towards the end of the session Kodan was holding place for a lot longer. It was a great session for him but next time it would be good to see him not break place as often.||Focus: Distraction||C|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: For Kodan’s final session it was drops in the kitchen, with lots of distractions. This is something that the trainer would like to continue with Kodan. He does struggle but he is progressing well. Tomorrow is another busy day in the office and kitchen so the trainer will continue tomorrow with this.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
