Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Crate Training Comment: In Kobe’s first session today we trained ‘leave it’ with this I just used fritz a put a few pieces on the floor near him, before outing it down I would say ‘leave it’ and wait a few second they say ‘yes’ then he got to eat the treats. After awhile I left it longer to see how long I could push him, he did so well with this skill. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Desensitisation Comment: In Kobe’s second session we trained give, last time we trained two different types of food, but today he would eat anything didn’t matter the food, she we trained a ball and that worked well, once he had the ball in his mouth I would say give once he dropped it I would then reward with ‘yes’ and treat. Focus: Repetition C+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In Kobe’s last session we trained loose lead with distractions, we had another dog in training so that was really good for him. I think by this session he was tired so he didn’t engage that much towards the end but when he did, he was fantastic. Focus: Distraction B
