|Skill learnt: Conditioning||Comment: Kipi had a new trainer today and when going to get Kipi from the kennels Kipi growled and barked. Once in the classroom Kipi did start taking from the trainer and enjoyed ear scratches. Kipi did settle in the classroom and took treats from the trainer and enjoyed ear scratches, however, there were a number of energetic dogs in the classroom and Kipi really did struggle with this. The trainer sat with Kipi a number of times talking to him and giving him treats to help settle him while these distractions were around. Kipi also went for a couple of short walks with this trainer and he settled well into this as well and continued to take treats. Next time it would be great to see Kipi settle better around the other dogs.||Focus: Desensitisation||E|
