|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Conditioning||Comment: Jordan’s first session was conditioning in the classroom again. Getting him to follow the trainer and explore different things. The classroom is a busy place and Jordan does struggle being confident in this environment. At home keep introducing him to new things without his brother to help him learn he can be confident by himself.||Focus: Conditioning||X|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Next session was drop. Again the trainer used her leg to get Jordan into position. Once again the trainer will continue to work with this to try and get Jordan to drop from a stand position. However, his is still young so we will get there. This session was once again also a confidence builder. Having to work around the trainer and other things happening. He was nervous at times but he loves his treats so that keeps him moving forward.||Focus: Repetition||C+|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: Place was Jordan’s final session. He was hesitant at first to jump up onto the place bed but once he was on there he sat their quite happily accepting treats. When the trainer slowed down the rate of treats he did try to get off. The trainer just guided him back then started again. The break word was used to release Jordan from place and at times he was hesitant to do this. But once again the food won him over and he was soon jumping off when directed. Jordan has made great progress today but is still quite nervous in the classroom. Going forward all of these skills will help with his confidence.||Focus: Repetition||C+|
