|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: During his first session, the trainers noticed Jerry can rush through doors, to help reduce his behaviour the trainer focused on helping him relax when around doors. The trainer used his known skill of drop to help Jerry settle and remain calm while the door opens. Jerry initially broke drop to rush through the door, however with some guidance, he began to maintain it well and walk clam through the door.||Focus: Manners||C+|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Following on from his first session, the trainers have noticed Jerry can struggle to hold his drop with good duration. To trainer used this session to further develop his understanding of implied duration. When focused Jerry holds good duration, but once he loses engagement with his trainer he breaks drop. The trainer was using basic distractions (distance, talking and clapping), at times these distractions were enough for him to break. But with some guidance, he began to maintain his drop well.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: In his final session, Jerry focused on further developing his skills middle within the classroom. We focused on this skill to build his engagement and begin working on his recall. Jerry loves training this skill, he gets very excited and goes straight into position. He can become a little confused and spin or drop instead, the trainer went back to basics and introduced a lure, this helped him understand what to do. While in middle he holds good duration.||Focus: Foundation||B|
