Jamie's Doggy Dayschool Report

2022-05-13

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Play Comment: This session worked on focusing on building Jamie's play drive. We built his play drive with the use of ball throwing, catching and a game of soccer with him. He was a little unsure about what we were doing to begin with as he was a little distracted with the environment around him. Once he got more comfortable with the idea he was having a great time playing! Focus: Foundation A
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Now that we developed a good drive with Jamie we added obedience to it (drop). The idea of this was that his action (drop) starts the game. This was a slow repetition to begin with as he wasn't sure on what started the game but once he worked it out his drops increased in speed a little more. He tired easily (so did the trainer!) as it was a very active session so it is important to give him a good break after the repetitions. Focus: Repetition B+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: We worked on Jamie's loose lead which he continues to excel at! We were able to walk by multiple dogs on both sides without him reacting. He was engaged and did one of his best loose lead sessions yet. Very proud of you today Jamie! Focus: Distraction A
