Jamie had a great day today, he was all smiles and I don't think his tail stopped wagging. He is showing good progress with his skills.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In his first session, Jamie focused on further developing his skill of loose lead with drop around the kennel dogs (inside the kennel, he can hear and smell dogs but not see them). We focused on this skill to proof his engagement and drop around high distractions. Jamie was initially distracted but only for a brief time as he quickly redirected his focus and performed well. He does require a low hand signal to go into drop as this environment was highly distracting.||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: In his second session, Jamie focused on further developing his skills middle within the busy classroom (two dogs training). We focused on this skill to build his engagement and have fun. Jamie initially required a lure to go into the middle position, as the session progressed this was faded and he continued to perform well.||Focus: Foundation||B|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his final session, Jamie focused on further developing his skill drop while utilising the training game red light green light. We focused on this skill because Jamie enjoys playing and to further proof his drops while he is excited. Jamie loved this session, he loved playing with the tennis balls. During this session, he did initially struggle to respond to the drop command as he was too excited. However as the session progressed he began to redirect his focus and perform well, responding quickly to the command.||Focus: Obedience||C+|

D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
