Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Session one with Holly we started with her skill of drop. This session the trainer focused on this skill in the classroom and focused on getting her drops faster to start practicing the skill emergency drops. The trainer asked Holly for a drop and corrected her after 3 seconds if not in a drop. Holly did struggle to begin with although as the session progressed she did start to pick up her speed. Focus: Obedience B+
Skill learnt: Sit Comment: Session two with Holly we practiced her skill of “Sit pretty”. This session the trainer worked on building her duration by holding the lure for longer as she holds the position. Holly is doing so well she averaged 7 seconds per skill which was great to see. The next step for this skill if to start adding a hand cue. Focus: Repetition A+
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Session three with Holly we started a new skill called “Quoits”. This session the trainer focused on getting her to bite/mouth the ring. Holly had better plans! She was already a couple steps ahead and grabbed the ring and placed in back on the floor with no issue!! This was great to see. For the remainder of the session the trainer rewarded her every time she grabbed and placed the ring. Focus: Foundation A+

We recommend your next step should be…
