Holly's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: In hollys first session we trained emergency drops, at first we were putting her in a drop then taking a step forward like we were going to keep walking. Then this progressed quickly into completely keep walking while asking her to drop. She did so well, there were a few times she would break or follow the hand with food, but since this is her first proper full session on emergency drops she did so well. We will keep practicing this inside then once she has it perfect we will move outside. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Conditioning Comment: In her second session I decided to do some noise conditioning, because she is quite skittish around noises, with this skill I had her on place and using a few different noises. She progressed well towards the end but think this still needs to be worked on. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Hollys last session we practiced hold, she did well with this skill again, but trying to get her to actually hold it in her mouth might be a tricky one. I believe we can do it she just needs to think about what she’s doing and not the treats. Focus: Duration A
