Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: Holly began her day working on her ‘place training’ this time focusing on duration with distractions. Holly did pretty well! She was able to withstand the trainer playing ring toss and their weird sounds and movements, but she did break a few times for tennis balls! With the use of her non-reward marker “ah ah” she jumped back onto place, but definitely keep pushing this with her at home! Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Holly’s next session was focused on her ‘drop’ skill, still working on her duration with distractions. Holly did really well! She remained in a drop while having another dog out, but did break a couple times when the trainer attempted to walk over her. She remained in position if the trainer gave her treats during the process, but once the treats were gone she was very aware and cautious. Keep pushing her drops at home and increase the distraction levels! Remember to use “ah ah” if she breaks and reposition her. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: To end the day, Holly worked on her ‘recall’ skill in the classroom and cattery for all those different dog, cat & bird distractions. Holly did awesome! She came exactly when called and followed it with a sit. Keep practicing this skill at home! She is doing really well and can move onto higher distractions! Focus: Distraction A
