Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In his first session, Henry focused on further developing his skill loose lead walking around a variety of distractions. We focused on this skill to reduce his challenging behaviour of pulling. Henry was initially excited to be training but he was distracted by the environment, the trainer used his known skill of drop to help redirect his focus. Once engaged Henry performed very well, he successfully ignored people, dogs and cats while walking. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: In his second session, Henry focused on further developing his recall around dogs and people distractions. We completed this session both inside (at the beginning of session) and progressed outside as he performed well. Henry showed good engagement during this session and responded well to a lure encouraging her to return to the trainer. As the session progressed this lure was faded and distractions increased while he continued to perform well. He successfully recalled away from an excited dog and people. Focus: Foundation B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: In his final session, Henry focused on further developing his skill drop, outside with another dog nearby. We focused on this skill to challenge his impulse control and duration while in drop. Henry responds well to the verbal cue drop with a hand signal. He can struggle to go into drop when distracted but with some guidance began to perform well. Once engaged Henry ignored the other dog and showed good duration under distractions. Focus: Distraction B
