2023-11-16

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Henry worked on his selfie trick during our first session. He was very calm and focused on his trainer. We started with Tada to make sure he remembered the base skill. We then progressed to the selfie trick, having him sit and then working on coming up onto the trainers shoulders. Going further, we can work on having a paw on each shoulder, and resting his head to one side. Focus: Repetition C+
Skill learnt: Desensitisation Comment: During our second session, we worked on loose lead through traffic lights, with a trainer in hi-vis as a distraction as well as construction/loud noises playing. Henry did very well, keeping focus on his trainer, and remaining calm. He was able to drop before going through the lights, For further training in this area, we can work on keeping Henry calm around traffic light/construction noises, keeping his focus while approaching the traffic lights, and practicing this during quiet times of the day. Focus: Desensitisation B+
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: In Henry’s last session, we worked on middles in the classroom. He no longer needs a lure to get into position. He is confidently going into middles from the front, and beginning to walk in this positing as well. He now can work on sitting quickly in the middles position, and walking in middles more confidently. Focus: Repetition B+

We recommend your next step should be…
