2023-09-29

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: First session Harvey worked on some paws up. Harvey loves to use his paws and was super enthusiastic about this trick! He consistently tapped the pod with his paws, he did struggle to stand with both paws up on the pod but was showing good progress. Focus: Confidence B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Harvey’s second session we worked on his drop duration. Today we worked on building the distance between him and the trainer and adding higher distractions. The trainer laid out kibble in front of Harvey while having him tethered and was able to move around the classroom testing Harvey’s impulse control. Harvey stayed focused on the trainer and even though he glanced at the kibble he waited until his release word before eating a treat. Great work!! Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: For his final session we worked on his place skill. Like with his drop we worked on his duration, distance and adding distractions. We were able to send Harvey to place from a distance and he held his duration while the trainer moved around the room, chucked toys and treats around trying to tempt him to break. Harvey knows this skill really well! Amazing work! Focus: Distraction A+

We recommend your next step should be…
