Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: In Harleys first session we trained drops with duration, at first she was quite distracted because we had another two dogs in training as well. Eventually she started to engage focusing on that duration with lots of treats then slowing down the treats to help her duration, I had to use the foot break a few times to get her stay in her drops. With some more practice she will do great. Focus: Duration B+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Harleys first session we trained recalls outside, we did this skill out in the car park as I thought the grass would be to distracting for her. She did do pretty well, there were sometimes she wouldn’t listen so using hi pitched voice and that worked well, practicing this and she will be just as good as Oli. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Harleys last session we trained Loose lead walking outside she did really well with this skill. She was engaged the whole session was incredible to see, so keep up the good work with that. Focus: Distraction A
