| Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) | Comment: Gryffin was very good at his leash skills today. He offered a loose leash from the moment I put it on. He is getting very good with engagement around distractions, but occasionally wanders for a sniff. Keeping his sessions short and sharp will help to keep his attention. | Skill learnt: Place Training | Comment: Gryffin loves to offer place as he knows it’s highly rewarding. He is improving in his duration around distractions. We were outside when the groundskeeper mowed lawn and drove past on his mower. He continued engagement and didn’t get distracted which was fantastic! | Focus: Distraction | B+ |
