2023-09-13

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: First session Freya worked on some middles. Today we worked outside to enjoy the sunshine and Freya was such a happy girl. Todays focus was the trainer standing at different angles away from Freya and calling her into middles to test the skill. This was a bit of a challenge but with the help of a slight lure she picked this up well. We finished the session by working on her movement in middles. Focus: Distance B+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Freya’s second session we headed over to the pony oval next door to work on her loose lead and drops. Freya smashed it this session! Her engagement was fantastic during her loose lead and drop duration was great. She was a bit slow to drop and broke once or twice but showing great progress. Keep pushing these skills in higher distractions to strengthen further. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: Final session Freya worked on some Paws up and pivoting. This helps with rear end awareness. Freya knows her paws up well so once up on the pod we were able to start luring her to move around the pod while keep the front paws on it. Freya did really well this session and with more practice we can begin to fade out the lure. Focus: Conditioning B
