|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: In Finns first session today we trained place around another dog and trainer. He did do pretty well he was excited when he first came in but once we started the skill he was fantastic. We would like to keep practicing this with him as it is good exposure to other dogs and a skill he knows pretty well.||Focus: Distraction||B+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In Finns second session we trained Loose lead walking inside. He is very distracted inside so I couldn’t imagine what he is like outside, working Loose lead need to make sure we start of slowly and slowly increase the distractions. If you want to work at this at home start inside first, then if his engagement is amazing then go out in your backyard if you start or with to many distractions then your not gonna get his engagement back.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his last session we trained drops with distance, we trained this skill outside but he was to distracted so we went into the classroom. He does know his drops pretty well at this stage it’s just trying to find his engagement outside. Because we had dogs outside in the kennels he was very distracted with there barking. He did break a few time in the classroom but other then that he did great.||Focus: Distraction||B+|
