Another another good day with Fenna with done areas found to work on.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Fenna’s first session was drops in the kitchen. She is great with these while there were no distractions other than the trainer moving around. However if another staff member came in Fenna was keen to pop out of drop and greet the person. Going forward the trainer will work with Fenna in areas she’s comfortable in and getting her to not greet people unless told. Drops in the kennel aisle was also a small part of this session. Fenna is still extremely uncomfortable in this setting so the trainer kept this to a minimum but will continue to help Fenna feel more comfortable in this setting.||Focus: Repetition||B|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Second session was loose lead walking in the paddocks with the drops. She did well with this unless she smelt something good and then wanted to pull to get to it. Fenna’s drops in the paddock were great!!||Focus: Distraction||B+|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: Fenna’s final session was a bit of a mix up. Quick recap on Middle. She did great with this. Then onto spin. Fenna took a while to start to do this skill today and the trainer had to take it back some steps to get Fenna completing the full spin. After a time on this and Fenna completed a few good spins the trainer started to focus on the round skill with Fenna. She wasn’t keen and she really needed to be encouraged to go around the cone. Fenna did progress with this and next time the trainer will continue on this with Fenna.||Focus: Repetition||C+|
