2021-08-13

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For Evie’s first session we worked on her drop skill. Evie gets very excited when performing this skill and at the moment is half rolling her body. As she is still learning the skill, we are rewarding this as we can then later improve it. For now, we are teaching her that drop means laying on the floor. By the end of the session the trainer was able to only use a verbal command and hand lure without the use of a treat lure. Evie is improving every session and her next step will be to continue without the treat lure. Focus: Foundation C+
Skill learnt: Crate Training Comment: For Evie’s second session we worked on her crate training. Evie was doing really well at the end of the session as she was walking into the crate without a lure. We in cooperated the treat and train into this session and she picked up how it worked very quickly. The next step for Evie will be to get her to hold a duration in the crate before breaking. Focus: Conditioning B
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: For Evie’s last session we worked on her place skill. We specifically worked on duration. Evie did really well and was able to hold place for majority of the session without breaking. The next step for Evie will be to introduce mild distractions as we she did break in the session it was because people/dogs walking into the room. Focus: Duration B+

We recommend your next step should be…
