|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Edgar's first session was loose lead walking and he really did struggle with the dog and animal distractions. The trainer continued to change direction and rewarding when Edgar was engaged with the trainer. By the end of the session Edgar was able to walk near the other dogs but still was struggling with the sheep and the alpacas. The trainer will continue to work on this tomorrow with Edgar.||Focus: Distraction||C|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Edgar once again struggled with the distractions during his second session, which was a focus on drops. The trainer could not get him to close to the animals or he lost focus completely. He struggled to hold position and was not engaged at all. The trainer moved further away from the distractions and this did help. Tomorrow the trainer will work on getting closer to the animals but still have Edgar's engagement.||Focus: Distraction||C|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: Using the same distractions the trainer worked on place with Edgar for his last session. The trainer was unable to get very close to the animals at all without Edgar being so distracted he wouldn't take treats. Tomorrow the trainer will work with Edgar to help him ignore the distractions and hold place.||Focus: Distraction||C|
