Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For session one with Dyson we practiced the skill of loose lead. The trainer added drops so Dyson could gain more focus. By doing this Dyson had high engagement with the trainer and continued to do well throughout the session. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For session two we practiced the skill emergency drops. Dyson struggles with his drop speed so the trainer focused on his speed throughout the session. Dyson had a high engagement and improved throughout the session. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For session three we practiced the skill of door manners. Dyson did very well with this skill. The trainer put him in a drop “controlled position “ before walking through the door. When releasing him, Dyson walked calmly through the door. Towards the end of the session Dyson struggled with distractions due to being tired. Focus: Manners A

B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.

X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
