|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Play||Comment: This session was focused on introducing Dyson to feeding enrichment in a variety of different bowls, Kong's and puzzle feeders. Enrichment is a great way to keep dogs busy, food enrichment is especially important for dogs who eat quickly. Dyson loved this session because he got all the yummy treats. He had a blast trying to figure out the puzzles and bowls, he competed many different feeders and it slowly down his eating. Incorporating enrichment, especially feeding enrichment would be a great way for him to slow down while eating and also keep his bain busy.||Focus: Foundation||A+|
|Skill learnt: Play||Comment: This session was focused on completing a resource guarding prevention exercise with Dyson. The trainer began by giving Dyson a small bowl of kibble with a tennis ball inside (to slow him down). The trainer then approached Dyson, threw a piece of fritz and walked away. Several repetitions of this exercise were completed. Dyson initially did not notice the fritz bouncing off his head, however as the session processed he began to walk away from his food and eat the fritz. This is the goal! He performed very well. Continuing to practise this exercise at home will help prevent any resource guarding issues at home.||Focus: Repetition||A+|
