|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Diesel’s first session was loose lead as he was very excited straight out of the kennel and a new trainer. As the session progressed Diesel did settle better so the trainer added in sits, spins and drops. It was a great first session for Diesel and helped get his focus on the trainer.||Focus: Repetition||B+|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: Continued work on foot tap was the focus for Diesel’s second session. He was wanting to tap with the wrong paw at first but slowly started to use the correct paw. Half way through the session the trainer swapped to the other foot. This took Diesel a little bit of promptings for him to street using the correct paw. This is a skill that is going to need some more repetitions to help him consistently get it right. But great work Diesel.||Focus: Repetition||C|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: Diesel’s last session was roll over. It was a fun session and the trainer had lots of laughs and cuddles with Diesel during this session. Diesel did start rolling over after a few tries but then lost it in the middle of the session. Towards the end of the session he did a few more complete rollovers while being lured with food. Next time it works be good to see him be more consistent. But it was a good fun session to end on.||Focus: Repetition||D+|
