Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: In diesels first session we practiced his place skill inside around other dogs. At first he was his usual self very excited but after awhile he did calm down which was great to see. He didn’t take much notice of the other dogs it was more the other trainers he wanted. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Diesels second session we worked on drops in the classroom we had another two dogs in training which was a good distraction for him. He was excited as usual but he did progress well and calmed down if he got up lead pressure back down and saying ‘agh ha’. He knows he ‘agh ha’ word well. Focus: Duration B
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In his last session we practiced his loose lead walking. He was very distracted in this session but we kept practicing and rewarding when he would look up at me. Focus: Duration C+

We recommend your next step should be…
