Dexter's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For his first session we worked on Dexter's loose lead skill around Lexi. Dexter did a great job at ignoring her, even when we moved both dogs outside for higher distractions. His drops while walking were a bit slow so this could be a good area for improvement. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: For his second session we worked on some trick training. We started off with trying to get him to hold an object but he still didn't want to open his mouth for it. To keep him from getting frustrated we spent the latter half of the session working on paw/shake hands which he did quite well with. Focus: Foundation C
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: For his last session we worked on Dexter's middles skill. As this is not a well known skill for Dexter we worked on the basics of luring him from place to between the trainers legs. He did really well with a lure but was a bit hesitant without the visible food. He did sit in the perfect spot though and looked up at the trainer so he is off to a great start with this skill. Focus: Foundation C+

We recommend your next step should be…
