Love to see Dakota back with dayschools, can’t wait for her to get her trick title. Next sessions would I be able to get you to write a list of skills she already knows so then we can work on other skills and film the ones she knows.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Targeting (touch)||Comment: In Dakota’s first session we trained touch with the bell, trying to get her to ring the bell with her paw, she does know this skill she was very eager she was even trying to play dead because she was getting confused with what to do. In her next level I’d like to keep working on this because then we can work on pushing the crate for her trick title.||Focus: Distraction||A+|
|Skill learnt: Conditioning||Comment: In her second session we trained noise conditioning we used the cans banging together while she was in place. It’s good to do noise conditioning while there doing a skill so then there brain is to worried doing the skill then the noises. She was abit scared at the start and would back away but after awhile she was okay, still aware but that’s all.||Focus: Repetition||B+|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: In Dakota’s last session we trained the skill middles. Not sure if she knows the skill or not but at the start she was trying to understand the skill and would drop. Eventually she got the skill with a lure behind the leg and through. We would pump her with treats at the start then release her. Then I started to slow down the treats, I would like to work on this again with her as next I’d like to do leg weve.||Focus: Duration||B|
