Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Daisy’s first session was loose lead walking in the yard by the road. At first the trainer was only able to work in a small space and kept changing direction to keep Daisy focused. Soon the trainer was able to increase the work area and Daisy continued to do well although still pulled at times. She was interested in the cars and trucks passing by but only to be alert and look at them. No other reaction was evident. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Daisy’s second session was drop. This was done in the classroom as last time Daisy did struggle with drop duration. Daisy initially struggled today also and the trainer took it back to basics to start with. As the session progressed Daisy was dropping much better and her duration increased. Next time it will be good to up the distractions a little more with the same outcome as today. Focus: Repetition C+
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: Place over looking the road was Daisy’s final session and she was a little worried about the vehicle noises this time as it closer to the fence. However, Daisy did settle well to the point she laid down on the place bed. She also broke a couple of times when other people approached. So at home keep up the distractions and move the place bed to different locations. Focus: Distraction B
