Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In cookies first session today we trained Loose lead up near the farm animals. At first she was abit distracted but just watching the sheep and alpacas, after that her engagement was fantastic she was all about the food which was fantastic. Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Cookies second session we practiced her recalls outside. First getting her used to the word ‘come’ and reward. Then when she was distracted we would then say come and she would come straight to me. She did fantastic. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Play Comment: Cookies last session we trained play. It did take her awhile to mouth the tug toy we were doing it with but once she did she was doing amazing it was great to see her tugging on the toy. When having enough we would holly it still so not making it fun, then if she let go we would reward her for letting go and the game would continue. She did great towards the end. Focus: Repetition C+
