Clarrie worked outside for most of the day today, trying hard with each of his skills throughout the day
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|We focused on
|Skill learnt: Place Training
|Comment: Clarence made his way outside to work on his place skill. He was very distracted at first, not wanting to step on the bed. After some repetition we got him participating in the task. He didn't take any treats until towards the end of the lesson, although still completing the skill as asked but with low engagement
|Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object)
|Comment: We continued with Clarries paws up skill. We gave him a challenge of a few new objects today as well as some of the ones he is comfortable with, using a smaller target as well as a spiky target which Clarrence hasnt used before. Clarrie was confident going for the smaller step, although he was hesitant with the spiky soft one. With some repetition we managed to get Clarrence stepping on it every time we asked.
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)
|Comment: Clarrie went outside to work on this skill. Clarence stopped taking any treats throughout this lesson, finding it challenging to keep his engagement on the trainer. He hit the end of the lead a few times but did well sussing by his trainer's side.

B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
