Another great day from Charlotte
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Charlotte’s first session was a focus on door and gate manners as well as loose lead walking. Things that are all needed to make a well mannered easy to walk dog. Charlotte took a little while to settle especially around the gates and doors. By the end of the session she had progressed well and was walking without pulling with minimal distractions.||Focus: Repetition||C|
|Skill learnt: Obstacle Course (Confidence Building)||Comment: As Charlotte is young the trainer put her through the confidence course. This allows her to experience different things underfoot and overhead as well as negotiate different environments. She did well but was very keen to get out and wanted to put her head through the fence a few times. Next time it would be great to see her relax more round the course.||Focus: Repetition||X|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Drops was the focus of her final session as this will help with her jumping. Again she needed to be lured into position but before long Charlotte was dropping with a verbal and hand signal. The trainer was also able to take a couple of steps away from Charlotte without my her breaking position. For her next session the trainer would like to increase the distance and duration with Charlotte. But she is doing a great job.||Focus: Repetition||D+|
