Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Conditioning Comment: For Cadbury’s first session we went to work on his middles skill however he wasn’t following a lure and therefore the trainer decided it would be more effective to work on groom conditioning with him. For his first session we used a brush and after each stroke he was rewarded. Cadbury was unbothered by the brush for majority of the time however he would pull his feet away when they were brushed. After a few repetitions of brushing his feet and then rewarding him, he stopped pulling away. The next step for Cadbury will be to keep working on conditioning him to brushing. Focus: Conditioning X
Skill learnt: Conditioning Comment: For Cadbury’s second session we continued to work on conditioning him to grooming. For this session we spent it in the groom room and conditioned him to the sound of running water and the blow dryer. Cadbury wasn’t very phased by the running water and the sound of the blow-dryer however became more uncomfortable when the blow-dryer was used on him. While he remained on place at times he would turn and mouth the hose. Therefore, the next step for Cadbury will be to continue conditioning him to the blow-dryer. Focus: Conditioning X
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: For Cadbury’s last session we worked on his place duration as he was exhausted. Cadbury did well with his place duration even with the classroom distractions. The next step for Cadbury will be to continue pushing his distractions. Focus: Duration A
