It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: To start buddys training today, we worked on drop in the classroom. There were 2 other dogs working in the classroom to test buddy’s engagement. Although he was very excited and wanted to say hello to all the other dogs, he did well in his drops. His duration was very short at the beginning of the session, but by the end he was staying in drop for much longer. Working on this skill further, we can increase his duration in drop and further develop his confidence in this skill when there are distractions. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: To further test buddy’s engagement while other dogs were around him training, we worked on place, and he did very well. Resisting treats and other dogs, he went on place and had great duration! Although when toys went rolling across the room, he couldn’t help but chase them. He needed a reminder that he was supposed to be on place, so we guided him back to his place and he continued showing great duration. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Spin Comment: For Buddy’s final session, we had some fun and worked on spin. Buddy was initially a bit confused by this skill, and would get a bit confused by his legs, but he quickly got the hang of it! The classroom was very busy at this time, so buddy had a bit of a hard time with his engagement. Moving forward, we can continue to work on his spin skill, building more confidence in it. And we can also work on settling in a busy environment. Focus: Repetition C+
