Bentley was still stressed during the day but overall did well. Bad photo day today! Didn't want to look at the camera!
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: The first session for Bentley was drop. The trainer wanted to get him out of the classroom straightaway as he was extremely unsettled. The trainer walked the long way to the back of the kennels and then had Bentley drop while other dogs were being moved around the kennels. Bentley did great for most of the session. He did break at one point to bark at the other dogs.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Targeting (touch)||Comment: For Bentley's second session the focus was on touch. Although trainers have worked with Bentley before with this skill, today trainers used their hand instead of the touch stick. For the session the trainer took it slow and although Bentley didn't engage as much as he could of, it was a great exercise in getting him to sit with the trainer and work slowly.||Focus: Repetition||D|
|Skill learnt: Obstacle Course (Confidence Building)||Comment: Bentley went through the confidence course for his final session. Given it was his final session for the day he did well and ran around it a number of times with the trainer. Certainly something that Bentley likes to do and it is good exercise to keep doing with him when he is here, to help him continue to feel confident during his training. Next time the trainer would like to work some more on Bentley's loose lead walking as he has starting pulling a bit.||Focus: Repetition||B+|
