Another good day for Bentley. Great to see him happy to get into training.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Obstacle Course (Confidence Building)||Comment: Bentley’s first session was the confidence course. He did a great job and went through the course a number of times with minimal encouragement from the trainer. He also gave a bark a few times at the trainer to give attention! Before this session it was good to see Bentley show enthusiasm when the trainer walked passed. Bentley was keen to have the training!!||Focus: Repetition||X|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Next up was a loose lead walk. The trainer took him along the track in the paddock and Bentley did well. He tends to pull at certain places throughout the property if he thinks it is leading to the kennels or office. This walk threw him off a bit and once he settled he trotted along very happily. Paying little attention to the farm animals. On the way back he did pull a little and the trainer changed direction and he did settle back down.||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: Last up was place near the loft. At the beginning Bentley did have a bit of a bark at a couple of the dogs but the trainer got Bentley’s focus back by breaking him from place and then putting him back on place. From that point he was settled. For the remainder of the session the trainer worked on send to place. At first Bentley would stop just short of place but by the end of the session Bentley was going to place from a little distance away. He dis a great job and was happy to work on this skill.||Focus: Distraction||B|
We recommend your next step should be…

B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
