|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Bella’s first session was gate and door manners with drops. She does get very excited and it is good to get Bella to learn that no matter where she is, those manners apply. It was slow going for Bella but by the end of the session she was getting better. Keep enforcing this wherever you are.||Focus: Repetition||C+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Loose lead was next up for Bella. She had people distraction for this session and she did pull a little. But settled well. As the trainer walked Bella up the track Bella did start to want to pull towards the good smells but with the trainer changing direction and offering the yes marker when Bella did the right thing, Bella was soon resisting those smells.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Drops and loose lead walking was the focus of the last session for Bella. But this time it was near the big yards where louder more active dogs were. The trainer kept enough distance between Bella and the other dogs that Bella still worked well but would still look over at the other dogs. Bella smashed it!! From here the trainer walked Bella back through the kennels and she was fantastic and was more interested in the trainer than the other dogs. It was a massive positive to end on for Bella!!||Focus: Distraction||B+|
