|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his first session, Baloo focused on further developing his drop with play. We focus on this skill to further develop his impulse control surrounding play and sharpen his speed going into the drop position. This session was conducted next door at the pony club oval where Baloo is on a long line. Baloo was very excited to be in the new environment and to play with the trainer. When Baloo has the ball and is parading around he continues to listen to the drop command despite his excitement about playing.||Focus: Obedience||B+|
|Skill learnt: Recall||Comment: In his second session, Baloo focused on further developing his recall while at the pony club. Baloo responds well to the come command, returning to the trainer, he can become distracted by the environment and struggle to return to the trainer. He can require some guidance to move away from distractions.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his final session, Baloo focused on further developing his skill Quoits within the classroom. We focused on this skill to build his understanding and overall performance. Baloo enjoys training this skill, he quickly interacts with the ring picking it up. Although he was a little silly today and struggled to bring the ring back to the pole. With some help from the trainer, he began to drop the ring on the wooden plate.||Focus: Foundation||C+|
