Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: Session one with Baine we started with his skill of place. Baine is a very smart boy and is learning very quickly! He showed great duration when sent to place under high distractions including dog, people and distance. Baine did try to play with the lead a couple times by mouthing/pulling it which the trainer quickly redirected the behaviour. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Session two with Baine we practiced his skill of drop. Baine responds well to both a verbal and a hand cue so the trainer spent this session working on building his duration in drop by increasing the rewards. Baine did start off lacking engagement and acting silly although with increasing the rewards Baine did start to engage better with the trainer and build his duration in his drops. Focus: Duration C+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Session three with Baine we practiced his skill of loose lead in the classroom. This session there were other dogs and people in the classroom and Baine did not care! All his engagement was with the trainer which was amazing to see. Baine throughout the session preformed good loose lead in the classroom and showed great engagement with the trainer. Focus: Back to Basics C+
