Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: In Baileys first session we trained place, he has improved so much since last time he came in. His place skill has improved and wasn’t worried about the other dogs either. We focused on his duration as I wanted to settle him down as much as I could. Practice this skill at home and focus on duration. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: In bailey’s second session we trained paws up. We did this skill on a bosu ball, he did take awhile to put his second paw on but he did it eventually and did amazing. This skill is great for confidence and was fantastic to see him do the skill. You can use anything for paws up and it’s a fun skill to train. Focus: Duration A
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: His last session we trained drops and focusing on his duration and impulse control. Impulse control can be with any skill like place and drop because there impulse control is him getting of and walking to the door which was his main impulse control today, in drop it would just be him getting up. He did pretty well though after awhile he started to engage a lot better and stay in the drop for longer which was great. Focus: Duration B

We recommend your next step should be…
