It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Arya was very energetic coming out of the kennels today. She had a little bit of barking towards a German Shepherd but did really well to listen to the trainer and use her drop skill around a sharpei. She wasn't very interested in treats but loved cuddles and pats as rewards for being settled in drop. This is clearly a comfortable skill for her to fall back on, keep up the great work for it at home! Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Targeting (touch) Comment: For her second session we continued on with the touch skill. She did quite well with this and would bop it with her nose when focused. She did get easily distracted a few times by other staff or dogs but could be refocused with fritz back to the trainer. Keep working on this skill at home and start labelling it with the "touch" verbal cue if not done already. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For her last session we worked on loose lead in the cattery. She was very distracted for the first several minutes and it took a while for her to settle and start to focus. Her engagement wasnt quite there even when settled and she did do a few woofs at some of the cats. Keep working on her engagement during loose lead and slowly building the distraction levels. Focus: Distraction C+

We recommend your next step should be…
