Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In Arlo’s first session we trained Loose lead walking outside past food. We did this skill in the car park witch two plates of food, we used kibble because I didn’t want him to pull and actually get the kibble. He did really well he only pulled towards the food once, then his engagement was all on me. Next time we could practice with high value food such as fritz to see how he would go with that. Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Sit Comment: Arlo’s second session we trained Red Light Green Light with sits. Now I did find it difficult to get him razzed up with toys so we used food, because it’s his favourite thing in the world. He did really well with his sits and his engagement, what to work on will be his duration in the sit it’s self, he’s not to bad but could use some work. Focus: Repetition A+
Skill learnt: Crate Training Comment: In his last session we trained send to crate with distance and duration. First we started with me standing right at the crate with little duration, then we progressed really quickly from me standing 1 meter away and sending him to crate. He did so so well I can tell he has done this skill before, practice this skill at home and see how far away from the crate you can stand. Focus: Distance A+

We recommend your next step should be…
