Arlo's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: For session one with Arlo we practiced the skill of paws up. Arlo is progressing so well and is needing less of a lure into the skill. Today the trainer was adding different surfaces and Arlo did very well. The next step for this skill will be decreasing the lure more. Focus: Repetition A
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: For session two we practiced the skill of quoits. Arlo is doing extremely well with this skill. The trainer throughout the session worked on Arlo’s accuracy by rewarding only when Arlo placed the ring close to the quoit. By doing this Arlo started to gain a better understanding and accuracy. Focus: Desensitisation A
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For session three with Arlo we practiced the skill of loose lead. We practiced this skill both in the cattery and outside. Arlo did very well and had high engagement throughout the session. The trainer kept increasing the distractions but despite that Arlo continued with great focus. Focus: Distraction B
