It was pleasure training with Mr Arlo today, he is such a sweet boy who loves his training and cuddles. He is progressing very well with all of his obedience skills and tricks.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In his first session, Arlo focused on further developing his skill 'loose lead walking' with 'drop' and 'sit'. We focused on this skill to continue proofing his loose lead. Arlo performed very well, he showed great engagement with his trainer and ignored all distraction (dogs, people and cars). The trainer used 'sit' and 'drop' to encourage him to remain engaged with his trainer. We suggest continuing to practise this skill at home.||Focus: Foundation||B|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his second session, Arlo focused on further developing his skill 'Peek-a-boo' with repetitions under distractions (training outside). We focused on this skill to work on Arlo's recall. Arlo performed very well, he was initially distracted by the environment, but with some guidance he quickly began to maintain it well and successfully send to peek a boo while his trainer is several meters away.||Focus: Distance||B|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his final session, Arlo focused on further developing his skill 'hanky' with repetitions under distractions. We focused on this skill to help Arlo achieve his trick title. Arlo performed very well, he interacted with the hanky straight away, touching it with his nose. With some guidance he slowly began to open his mouth onto the hanky. Next time we would like to see Arlo beginning to tug on the hanky.||Focus: Foundation||B|
